Our team loved this place so much, they forgot to leave the keys! But on a serious note, one of our guys put the keys in his pocket and came on home with them... (DOH!) Nomad STR was more than understanding and very fair when dealing with our oversight. We appreciate their patience and professionalism.

The location of this home is perfect. Literally steps from the beach. It had all cooking utensils needed to eat at home, plenty of space for us to spread out, and matched the description A few things about the home I would note: -instructions to enter the home are very confusing. There is no electronic keypad at the door- the key to the door is found in an electronic LOCK BOX located on one of the pillars downstairs near the stairs - there is NO house manual or any sort of instructions for the home on how to use the thermostat, local recommendations, grocery stores, bait spots, check in/out instructions, etc. all air bnbs I have stayed at in the past have this making it helpful for things in the area and home - the water is BROWN and has a very strong odor of rust. It was gross when showering, brushing teeth, etc. but apparently this is a problem local to the area and not on the home owner. - the grass is tall where you park leading to a ton mosquitos Overall we had an amazing stay!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful waterfront condo in Austin. The condo was impeccably decorated, incredibly well-appointed, and filled with gorgeous natural light that made the space feel warm, bright, and inviting. The location was unbeatable, with easy access to everything Austin has to offer, and the amenities exceeded our expectations. Communication with the host and management team was outstanding. They were responsive, friendly, and made the entire experience effortless. We would gladly stay here again and highly, highly recommend this property to anyone looking for an exceptional place to stay in Austin!

Cute house walking distance to Barton Springs. The pool has cool water and was refreshing in the summer heat. We would stay here again.

It was a cozy cabin and a short, Uber ride to Main St to all the restaurants.

Great home in an awesome location. accommodated our crew of four comfortably and the host was super helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend to others looking in the area.

This place was great! One of my favorite Airbnb’s that I’ve stayed at in Austin easily. The location is 🤩 walked to so many restaurants stores and to Barton Springs. Can’t wait to return 🙌
