Round Top entertainer's oasis w/POOL, Pond & more!

We adored the home and had the loveliest time. That being said, the home seems to be managed by AI. We read in the instructions that a pack and play was available upon request. We let the host know we needed one, they assured us it would be there. Upon check in, we could not find it. There were a few other questions we had- about AC not working in certain rooms of the house, how to work the hot tub, and where we could find more trash bags. When I inquired of the host, I got a message that they were checking with management. I continued to be told they were checking with management whenever I messaged throughout our stay. We offered to replace the pack and play if the host would reimburse us for a Walmart delivery ($71) and we kept being told we were waiting to hear from management. While this was frustrating and inconvenient, it did not keep us from enjoying our stay. The pool was lovely, and clean. I would stay here again but be prepared for no help from the AI host.

We love this part of the world and this lovely property is a great place to enjoy everything about Roundtop. Gorgeous house and fabulous location. Hosts were quick to resolve any issues and always on hand. Thanks for having us

The property and home is beautiful but the home was not cleaned well. Trash left on floors, dust and crumbs on kitchen floor in main and guest house. Trash left outside. Patio heater set to 99, it was 80 degrees outside. Pantry had stuff thrown in it, on the floor, not out of sight, could barely walk in to check breaker box. Glassware in unsteady shelving. Opened food boxes. Refrigerator had a breaker issue before we got there. Was asked if we would need it, told them yes. It was on when we got there, breaker blew and fridge went out. No instructions on how to get it back on and stopped responding. Food went bad. Toilets wouldn’t flush. They told me to plunge. Wait ten minutes between flushing. Next morning went to bathroom, don’t flush, plunged then moments later both downstairs toilets leaked from the base, sewage water bubbling in bath and shower. Had to shut off water, plunge everything. Mgmt didn’t seem too concerned about that when mentioned.
