This unit was very nice and seems to be newly remodeled with nice finishes and appliances. Note you are on the second floor with a unit above you, so depending on neighbors it could be noisy. Luckily our neighbors weren’t too loud. Nice central location easy with an easy walk to Barton Springs. The streets get very busy on the weekends with local pool goers. Having a few key staples like sugar for coffee would be nice.
This rental was perfect! The location was within walking distance to Barton Springs and a short driving distance from a ton of restaurants. The home is exactly like the pictures. Everything is new and is furnished with luxurious appliances and furniture. I was Wowed when I walked through the house. The home was spacious and designed for large gatherings. It felt cozy and comfortable. The AC was cold and the beds were comfy. My daughter laid on her bed and didn't want to leave. The bunk bed was super nice. I will definitely rent again when I'm in Austin
Beautiful place and great location. Right next to Barton Springs. Very responsive host. Overall, great experience!
