How We Started
I purchased my first vacation home in Fredericksburg, TX in 2019. It was a 100 year old Farmhouse that needed a ton of work. With the help of some local contractors we took it down to the studs and began transforming the property into the Modern Farmhouse it is today. Initially, my hope was to be able to cover the mortgage every month and maybe make a few dollars here and there to pay ourselves back for the money we had invested into the remodel. Before we knew it we were booked for months in advance and generating 5 figure revenues every month.
